SkinDecode is a skincare information and habit-tracking app. Features may change as the app is developed. Some app store listings and public contact channels are not yet available.
2. Account and access
You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for activity through your SkinDecode account. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another person’s data, interfere with app operation, or use the catalog in a way that violates applicable law.
3. Informational use only
SkinDecode provides general product ingredient information, profile-based matching, routine tools, and wellbeing features for informational and organizational purposes. SkinDecode is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Product information may be incomplete or outdated. Always review the manufacturer’s current product packaging and consult a professional if you have a medical concern or reaction.
4. No outcome guarantee
Skin Match and ingredient explanations reflect available catalog evidence and your selected profile details. They do not guarantee product compatibility, efficacy, safety, or a particular skin outcome. Individual responses vary.
5. User information
You retain responsibility for information you enter, including profile answers, routine notes, and progress data. You permit the app to process this information to provide its features as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload information you are not comfortable storing in the app.
6. Availability and updates
We may update or discontinue features as the product evolves. The app relies on device operating-system permissions and third-party services for sign-in, product information, and optional weather data. Some functions may not be available when those services or device capabilities are unavailable.
7. Third-party services and catalog content
Google, Supabase, Open-Meteo, app stores, and other platform services are governed by their own terms and policies. Product names, images, and related information may belong to their respective owners and manufacturers.
8. Privacy and deletion
See the Privacy Policy for current data handling. Users can delete their account from Profile → Delete account in the app or through the secure account deletion page. Signing out alone does not delete account data. Web deletion does not clear local-only data from devices.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that every product record, formula, score, or feature is complete, current, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular person. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited in your jurisdiction.

No verified operator contact is configured. Do not publish these draft terms until the operator, address, governing law, and contact process are supplied and the final terms are reviewed for the launch regions.
